I don't think <taH> can be used this way. <taH> is defined as (variously)
"continue, go on, endure, survive", so something can <taH>, but one cannot
<taH> something else. You could of course say <... Qu'wIj vItaHmoH?>, or you
chould choose to rework it.

While it's sometimes OK to leave off the verb prefix (or -lu') with <-meH>,
I think in this case it works better if you say <jIwuqmeH>. Also, <vay'>
should probably be treated as third person, giving:

chaq jIwuqmeH muQaHlaH vay'.
