Two problems. First, the interrogative suffix <-'a'> is only used for yes/no
questions; when you already have a question word, you don't need <-'a'>.
Second, the "from" in "different from" in English has nothing to do with
motion away from anything, and the Klingon verb <pIm> can't really work for
the concept of "be different from". Instead, just put both things that are
different in the subject slot: <chay' pIm A, B je?>

OK - serious sentence order problems. Object always goes before verb and
subject. How about:
nISwI'HIchDaj bachlaHbej tlhIngan'e'.
> qatlh moHqu' romuluSnganpu'? Sospu'chajmo'.
'ach moHbej je vavchaj net Sov. The second bit (note typo) is just a
fragment rather than a complete sentence, but that is perfectly OK in this
context.

<romuluSngan> is the object of <mejmoH>, not the subject, so it goes before
the verb. Just another reminder that <-lu'> is *NOT* the equivalent of
English passive voice.
Also, as a matter of style, it's probably better to match up the subjects in
the question and answer. Either of these two would sound a bit better:
chay' romuluSngan DamejmoH? mu' <batlh> yIjatlh.
chay' romuluSngan mejmoHlu'? mu' <batlh> jatlhlu'.

quSDaq bIba'. The <-nIS> on <poQ> seems redundant - probably just plain
<poQ> is better.
