That means "his/her person's viewscreen". {ghot} is a good rendering of
"personal" though; in fact, Okrand once translated "personnel files" as
{ghotpu' tamey}.
Most people here on the list just use {jIH}. *{jIHlut} is often used for
"movie, film, episode". If you really need to distinguish a T.V. from a
movie screen, you could use {jIH'a'} for the latter. (The famous main
viewscreen seen on the bridge of the Enterprise is a {jIH'a'}.)
Another word to consider is {HaSta} "visual display (on monitor)" which I
always took to refer to the image being displayed on the screen {jIH}, not
the entire device itself. YMMV.
