They both are, but in two sentences.  Remember, sometimes klingon needs two
sentences.
matlh SopmoH Qugh.  qagh Sop matlh.

or if you want to avoid that "object of v-moH" that some people argue...
qagh Sop matlh 'e' qaSmoH Qugh
or...  Qughmo' qagh Sop matlh

that works.  you can also try:
