First, a disclaimer:  I have grave doubts about the rhyming of Klingon 
verse.  I don't think Klingons would go in for anything so ear-pleasing and 
assonant.  But since you ask, I understand rhyme as a repetition of the 
last stressed vowel sound in a line and everything thereafter.  So, in my 
book, {HIqlIj} and {QuchwIj} simply don't rhyme.  (Yeah, yeah, I know I 
broke the rhyme by matching {q} with {Q}, but you gotta give a poet *some* 
liberty.)
