When choosing a Klingon name for oneself, one need not obey grammar rules.
One may extract syllables from other words even when those syllables are
undefined and therefore unusable alone in spoken or written language.
Furthermore, even normal Okrandian Klingon spelling and pronunciation rules
need be adhered to.
Examples: B'Elanna is not Okrandian Klingon spelling at all. The name is
valid. Worf contains the letter "f," a letter not in Okrandian Klingon. One
may choose such a name.
