On page 82 of KGT, it says that the "adjectival construction is not possible
with the lengthier formations". So it doesn't look like you could use two
verbs as adjectives.

However, it does give some suggestions on how to express the same idea, by
making the verbs act as verbs, rather than as adjectives, and then join
them: {SuD Dargh 'ej wov} (The tea is SuD and it is light), and {SuDbogh
Dargh 'ej wovbogh} (The tea that is SuD and light) are the two examples used
to connect 2 of these verbs.

So, for example, a phrase like {qubbogh be'Homvetlh 'ej 'IHbogh} could work
for you. Or you could make it into a complete sentence, separate from the
-mo' clause: {...Heghpu'mo' Lenore. qub be'Homvetlh 'ej 'IH}.
