Rephrasing the whole thing is generally a good idea when you're stuck.

The part before the parentheses is pretty good. If this is the first time
*Csitame and *Fahs meet, then <qIH> is better than <ghom>. Also, you have a
redundant suffix in <*Fahs HolqoqDaj>: putting the two nouns together makes
it a posessive construction, and adding an extra posessive suffix just
doesn't work.
The bit in parentheses needs a bit of work. Since <wab> is a noun, the
<-bogh> really doesn't work. You need a verb. Try something like: ...
(ghotpu'vaD Dapna' rurbogh wabDaj)
