I assume you meant "You haven't heard me playing!". You had the right idea,
but you need some work. The "me playing" bit is a little tough in Klingon.
You could say either of the following:

jIchu'taHvIS choQoybe' - You haven't heard me while I play
jIchu' 'e' DaQoybe' - You haven't heard my playing
