It's a discussion on this list for beginners.  You post something in
Klingon, and the Beginner's Grammarian will give it his (*) attention.  No
one else may comment on the use of Klingon in the post, until the BG has
replied.  Anyone may comment on the content at any time, though.

(*) Not trying to be sexist.  The current BG is pagh; we have had female BGs
in the past.
