Best for what? What's the context? We can help best if you give us the
sentence you're trying to translate and not just isolated words.
{lotlhwI'} "rebel" (n) may do. Other options are "traitor", either
{maghwI'} "one who betrays (someone)" or {'urwI'} "one who commits treason
(against the state)" or the slang term {bolwI'} from KGT; *{HeSwI'}
"criminal, one who commits a crime"; *{qIQwI'} "mutineer, one who
mutinies"; *{Daw'wI'} "revolutionary (?), one who revolts".
