TKD section 6.2.5, page 65:
    They are used primarily, but not exclusively, with verbs of
    thinking or observation.

TKW gives us the examples {bISuv 'e' yIwIv...}, {...qaD 'e' chawbe'...},
{...DaSop 'e' DatIvnIS...}, {Hegh 'e' tul}, {yInlu'taH 'e' bajnISlu'},
and many more with verbs other than ones of "thinking or observation" as
the second verb in a Sentence as Object construction.
