As a noun itself, {Hoch} can be the second noun of a noun-noun phrase.
We have an example of its use on page 155 of Klingon for the Galactic
Traveler: {nIn Hoch natlhlu'pu} "All the fuel has been consumed."
{nIn Hoch} is explicitly translated "all the fuel", meaning literally
"the fuel's all" or "the fuel's entirety".
