"How do you like it?" That seems to call for an "I like it a little"
or "I don't like it at all" kind of answer. I think you just want to
know *if* we like it or not: {bopar'a'?}

The prefix on {Qub} has to be {Da-} if you're talking to one person,
or {bo-} if you're addressing a group of people.
You're still asking what sounds like a very odd question, without a
good indication of what kind of answer you want. The English phrases
"how do you like it" and "what do you think" are almost idiomatic in
nature; most people understand them as asking for a specific sort of
information. I don't think that concept translates directly into a
Klingon sentence.
Are you looking for corrections? Suggestions? Praise or condemnation?
Maybe you could get the kind of response you're looking for if you said
{yIpojneS} "Do me the honor of analyzing it."

No, that's a quote. If you speak a story or an address, then the verb
{jatlh} has an object. If you are just quoting what was said, a quote
is not the object of the verb of saying.
