nuqjatlh? {Do'} is a verb meaning "be lucky". The noun "being" is {Dep}.
And we already know that {bIQDep} refers to fish.

"He who is" gets expressed with the type 9 verb suffix {-wI'}. "Able to"
is the type 5 verb suffix {-laH}. "Change shape" seems to fit {chenchoH}
"change to take form", based on the rather unwieldy example at the bottom
of TKD page 45: {maghoSchoHmoHneS'a'} "may we execute a course?"
So we get {chenchoHlaHwI'} -- one who can change to take form. Of course,
without further explanation, that means pretty much the same thing as the
terms "allasomorph" or "chameloid" or "shape-shifter": not a whole lot.
