A few years back, d'Armond Speers wrote an excellent program "pojwI'"
(pojwI': one/thing which is/does analyze) to parse tlhIngan Hol,
available in DOS and Windows forms.
Consulting d'Armond, I've released a version - AND the source code (that
is the "open source" part):
- that runs in Windows or DOS
- can be compiled under Linux or a variety of Unix-es (or whatever
you have that runs C code).
- includes a subset of the published Klingon vocabulary, to avoid
copyright entanglements
