{'arlogh} wasn't a word until Okrand gave it to us. {'arDIch} is 
not a word yet, and likely won't be.

{'arlogh} addressed a concept that could not be recast. There 
was no other way to ask the question {'arlogh} asked.

{'arDIch} can be recast with the same mechanisms that the 
question word "which" uses.
