You've correctly moved the type five suffix <-'e'> from the noun to the
verb, but the type three suffix <-wIj> should not move; it should stay on
the noun:

'oH pongwIj chu''e'.

Use <-DI'> rather than <-chugh> - I hope Klingon messages from you will be a
"when" rather than an "if".

Also, instead of saying "klingon version" in English, you could say:

... , tlhIngan Hol pongwIj chu' vIlo'.
