I'm glad you read KGT, but you misread this part just a wee bit. <jej pach>
is an example of this use of <jej>, not the example. <jej> is basically a
slang meaning of <tlhorgh>. I don't have my copy of KGT handy to verify, so
I could be wrong. I'll check later.
