The way you say X is Y in Klingon is with a pronoun. Since your wife is a
person, the appropriate pronouns is <ghaH>. And remember that you have to
add the suffix <-'e'> to the thing after the pronoun:
tlhogh Qel ghaH be'nalwI''e'.

You don't need to add the suffix <-'e'> everywhere - just to the noun after
a pronoun, and a couple of other places.

This one is a hard one. One problem is that the one example I know of
<malja'> is <batlh malja' DaHuq> - "you transact business honorably", which
seems to imply that <malja'> is something people do. It probably does not
apply to "a business" the way you have used it here.
Instead of saying "I want to own a business", try "I want to work for
myself". Here's what I would say for that:
jIHvaD neH jIvum vIneH. latlh vItoy' vIneHbe'.
I want to work for myself (only myself). I don't want to serve another.

You're using <vogh> as a locative here - a word that describes where
something happens. You need to put it at the beginning of the sentence, and
you need to add a <-Daq>.
<tach tlhIngan> should be <tlhIngan tach>. The word order for things like
"Klingon bar" is the same in Klingon as it is in English. <tlhIngan Hol> is
another example.
<poSmoH> - "open" is probably not the best word here. "Open a bar" is an
English idiom that probably does not carry over to Klingon. I would probably
understand <poSmoH> as what you do to the bar every morning when you first
start serving drinks, but for the initial establishment of the bar, I don't
think it makes sense. Fortunately, Klingon has the perfect word for this -
<cher> "establish".
Finally, <bIghHa' 'avwI' jIHta'> is just sort of sitting there, and needs
something to connect it to the rest of the sentence. The suffix <-DI'> - "as
soon as, when" is just what you want here.
voghDaq tlhIngan tach vIcher bIghHa' 'avwI' jIHta'DI'.

You do use <ben>. To say "I was born X yeas ago", you say <X ben jIbogh>.
