Don't confuse the verb {qu'} with the verb suffix {-qu'}.
They may be roughly parallel, but they do not mean the same
thing. The suffix simply means "very much". It does not
necessarily carry the additional idea of "fiercely". In
fact, nothing in Klingon literally means "fiercely", since
{qu'} is a verb, not an adverb and it means "be fierce". As
latlh has pointed out, {pe'vIl} is an adverb meaning
"forcefully", so it likely comes close, but for now, just
remember that {-qu'} just means "very much".

SaSHa' would be better than SaSbe'. I know that {-Ha'} is
confusing. There are two explicitly explained meanings for
it ["undo" or "do badly"] and a third one that has enough
examples to make it believable. The thing that all three of
them have in common is that they are all more than just
"not". {yajbe'} and {jajHa'} fit the "do badly" model since
there is a difference between merely not understanding vs.
misunderstanding. {tuQHa'} is the "undo" meaning, since one
does not undress if you were never dressed in the first
place. Meanwhile, we have examples like {yuvHa'} for
"pull", which is neither pushing badly, undoing a previous
push nor simply not pushing. It is the exact opposite of
pushing. Unfortunately that is not explicitly explained, so
in some circles it may still seem somewhat controversial.
If others do object to this strongly, I will accept it and
realize that we then have no word for "pull".

He is in a coma. vulchu'. tlhoS Hegh. Sleep has nothing to
do with a coma. Sleep is normal. Coma is not.
hibernate might be cast as: {bIrmo' Qongchu'lI'}. Maybe
{tujchoH muD Dotlh 'e' loSmeH Quchchu'lI'}.
