I don't think this is the best use of <lupDujHom> - I normally think of
shuttles as flying, so narrow streets are not really a problem. You could
also consider <lupwI'> - "jitney" in this sentence as well. The word was
used in Conversational Klingon, and refers to a small bus.

<qIH> is probably not a good word here - roads don't generally "meet for the
first time". Consider something with <rar> - "be connected" or <muv> -
"join".
For "an area where to roads meet" consider something with <-meH>:
cha' Hemey muvchuqmeH Daq.

Consider also <Hung yaS>. The prefix on <tagh> should be the null prefix -
