I suspect you mean either <wej vIbuSqu'laH> or <DaH vIbuSqu'be'laH>.

We know that <Dub> can be use transitively, as in <laHwIj vIDub>, but I am
not sure it can be used intransitively like this. I would probably say
<ghu'wIj Dublu'lI'>.

ngoDvam>. If this is not what you mean, then I am confused.
