It's clearly supposed to mean "start not sleeping." For some reason it
doesn't sound as completely wrong as *{yIQongbe'} would, I thought of it as
an odd way to say the thing, not as an error, until you pointed it out. It
is definitely against the rules. However, {yIQongchoHQo'} means "don't fall
asleep." You're right that {yIQongbe'choH} is wrong, but it can't be
replaced with {yIQongchoHQo'}. Fortunately it can, and should, be replaced
with {yIvem}.
