Dear Music Lover,
I would like to invite the youth orchestra member in
your family to attend an exciting new music
program in New Jersey featuring members of
The Philadelphia Orchestra and other
world class musicians.
Our six and ten day sessions are filled with orchestra
and chamber music rehearsals, private lessons,
supervised independent study, performance and
discussion hours, solo and chamber competitions
and more.
Our innovative instructional program offers young
string players an outstanding opportunity to work with
such prominent musicians as William de Pasquale;
Concert Master, Philadelphia Orchestra; Roberto Diaz,
Principal Violist, Philadelphia Orchestra; Derek Barnes,
Cellist, Philadelphia Orchestra; Harold Robinson,
Principal Bass, Philadelphia Orchestra and others while
undergoing concentrated instruction and
performance preparation.
Our students will spend mornings in supervised private
practice sessions and classroom-like discussion groups,
afternoons in chamber and orchestra rehearsals and
evenings in solo and chamber music competitions.
Competition winners will be featured as soloists with the
popular New Jersey orchestra Ocean City Pops and in
area coffeehouses, bookstores and cafes!
Students may choose to attend one or both of our sessions,
which run from June 22 to June 26 and from June 29 to July 3.
Weekend stays are also available.
Registration is limited to only 100 students per session, so
