The {Q} and {q} sounds are definitely not in German.  {H} is the ach-sound
(not the ich-sound), and if you're a Northern German, you might be
acquainted with {gh}: the regional pronunciation for the word "Wagen" is
actually "Waghen"; I have no idea why.
