This is a case of "do as I say not as I do." Marc is not a native speaker
of Klingon and has given no pronunciation rules involving modifications of
sounds depending on their environments, so we do the best it is physically
possible to do to make them. The Avoiding Gaffes section in KGT makes it
clear that initial, medial and final {H} are all to be pronounced as {H}.
Do your best and be assured that we, unlike real Klingons, are hightly
unlikely to do you bodily harm if you accidentally drop a few to a normal
English h.
