The point, though, is that {tlhutlh} is not a noun, though every other use of
{-ghach} has a verb with an identical noun counterpart.

{Soj HInob} doesn't mean "Give me a drink," it means "Give me something which
I can swallow and obtain nutritional value from." Krankor has a problem with
the fact that you have to say "Give me a Romulan ale," or "Give me bloodwine,"
specifying the particular drink you want. If you go into a bar with a friend
and tell him {Soj HInob}, surely he'll know that you want a drink from the
context, but he still needs to know what you want!
