While I can imagine a context where this could be appropriate, I certainly
don't remember it being used that way on the list. I'm curious to know who
used this, and what the circumstances were.
The "symbols" we use represent *sounds*, so I might use {QIch cha'wI'} if I
wanted to indicate a Klingon "letter". Or I might not, depending of course
on the context.
