It's not that bad. You've translated ideas not words to give something I
can feel in Klingon. Not as stilted as some of the others. The {neH}
however, should go after the nouin to give the idea of "only" and not of
trivializing the caring about. Also, we have no evidence that Klingons use
the word for a female child to refer to adult omen they don't wish to insult.
