Good point. I don't know what came over me. So...

Qe' 'el nawloghvaD jeSbogh cha' yaS'e'.

Qe' 'el cha' nawlogh pImvaD jeSbogh Hoch yaSpu''e'.

I think {-vaD} works a lot better than the {-Daq} suggested by 
the English preposition "in", which is not really locative at 
all in this case. The squadron is the beneficiary of the 
officer's participation.
