It is a rhetorical question used as a title.
I used {'Iv} = "how?": sorry if my word list had a mistype in.
I used {-lu'} because the `Kahless' book said he got a smith to make it
instead of making it himself.

TKD says that {tlhuD} = "emit (energy / radiation / etc)". Can it be used
for ejecting material objects?
