}{vI'} is specifically "decimal point".  The dot in "3.3.5" is merely a
}separator; I think {DoD} is more appropriate here (even if it might be
}a colloquialism).

Dochvam (.) vIqelDI' reH {vI'} -- "decimal point" -- vIqel. In fact, I often
can't find things in books because I'm looking for section 3.25 between
section 3.2 and section 3.3.  To me 3.3.2 is a misused decimal point.
