}How do you say do and are in klingon

A hundred ways, and not at all. Understanding that there is no simple answer
to this question is an important step to learning Klingon. The words "do"
and "are" are very common in English. They often act as auxiliary verb, or
when a stronger more specific verb could be used. The entire concept that
they are part of is translated into Klingon, not just the word. Here are
some examples:

"We are Klingons" {tlhIngan maH} TKD section 6.3 - just omit the word "are"
"The prisoners are children" {puqpu' chaH qama'pu''e'} 6.3 - special syntax
"You are hungry" {Sughung} - the word "are" is just part of the verb.
"There are Klingons around here" {naDev tlhInganpu' tu'lu'} - different verb

"I do my hair" vague verb {jIbwIj vISaymoH} (I wash it)  {jIbwIj vI'IHmoH}
(I make it look better) {jIbwIj vIchIp} (I trim it). You have to decide
what "do" means and translate that.
"I do hate tribbles" emphasis, certainty {yIHmey vImuSbej}
"I do my assignment"  vague verb {Qu'wIj vIta'}

}how do you form questions

Three main ways.

1. Make a statement, then add the word {qar'a'} either after the verb, or at
the end of the sentence.

{tlhIngan Dalegh, qar'a'?} "You see the Klingon, right?"

2. Add the suffix {-'a'} to the verb in a statement.

{yuch DaneH'a'} "Do you want the chocolate?"

3. Use a question word accordiing to the rules in TKD section 6.4.

"Why do you interrogate us?"  {qatlh juyu'?}
"Whom do you prefer?" {'Iv DamaS?}
"Where do you walk?" {nuqDaq bIyIt}

As you can probably see, you really need to read the grammar section of The
Klingon Dictioanry carefully, in order to learn how to say things in
Klingon. You can't just plug in equivalent words.
