Actually, this has been posted before!

Actually, I imagine the writer saw the phrase {bIje'be'chugh vaj bIHegh} 
translated as "Buy or die," and thought

bIje'be'chugh = buy
vaj = or
bIHegh = die.

All of these phrases are obviously copied from already-translated sentences by 
Okrand; the author seems to have no knowledge of Klingon.
