It doesn't "express" anything other than the literal words. Without
further context, all I can do is translate it as is, with variations
on how the augmentive and possessive are represented:
"major structure of the ocean's dirt"
"ocean's dirt's great building"
"major building of the dirt of the ocean"
I will not try to interpret {bIQ'a'} as anything except "ocean".
If you hadn't explicitly called it a "noun chain" I'd also be able to
translate it as "great structure of the dirty ocean" using {lam} as a
verb.
After staring at the possibilities for several minutes, I think I see
what you're trying to say. To keep from spoing others' attempts, I'm
