Last I heard, there was no official tlhIngan Hol spelling for the "mekleth"
or whatever it's called.
There's also the even smaller knife he uses, called (according to Dan
Curry(?)... the guy in charge of this stuff at Paramount) nothing but
"Worf's Knife." This is part of a move to have Worf beat up on people
using smaller and smaller weapons against their great armaments in order
that he looks cooler.

Read the FAQ on names. *Can* you use it? You can use anything you like.
But beware of the lure. When you introduce yourself to people who don't
know the original meaning of "Charles" (e.g. the vast majority of
English-speakers), do you say "Hi, my name is ManlyStrong" or do you tell
them your name is Charles? If English-speakers can manage without a
translation and deal with a meaningless name, I think Klingons can too
(note that most [not all] known Klingon names have no obvious tlhIngan Hol
translation).
