Much to my amazement, and despite my car almost exploding on the highway
earlier in the week, HolQeD #21 went out in the mail today for domestic
distribution. Depending on the kindness of Bulk Mail, members in the USA
should receive their copies some time late next week or early the following
one. The international portion of the mailing should go out on Monday
(still safely within the month of March) and in most cases will also in the
near future.
The 1997 KLI Membership Directory has been enclosed with the issue. If it
seems small, keep in mind that inclusion in the directory requires sending
back the directory information card, and typically less than a third of the
membership does so.
