If it's not a question, don't put question marks on both it and the English!  
I cannot hear intonation through e-mail.

If you want, you can say

maHmo' He'So' qach.
The building stinks because of us.

or

maHmo' He'So'be' qach.
The building does not stink because of us.

If you're not asking me something, pick one.  Do not add a question mark; it's 
not a question.
