Quite a few of us can. Come to the qep'a' loSDIch and we'll show you
how! I generally do some quick and dirty Klingon phonetics instruction
when I'm speaking at a convention (why, just yesterday in fact!), but
last year Mark Mandel did a truly excellent session at the qep'a'
wejDIch, and if I'm not mistaken he has agreed to a repeat performance
this summer.
