I rather like things like "HoSDaj wIqelDI', *ox* rur HoD".  More
idiomatically, I can see "HoSmo', *ox* rur HoD" (the captain resembles an
ox in his strength.  lit.  because he is strong).  Admittedly, this is a
stretch of idiom I probably don't have the authority to make, but it's
something to consider.  Someone once proposed using the law'/puS
construction with "puSbe'" instead, but law'/puS is so weird it's probably
best not to mess with it.  But "rur" is a fine verb.
