You would certainly get back some, but not all of your money. How much you got back
would be influenced by 1) how late you wait before requesting a refund, and 2)
whether we exceed or fall short of the contracted number of hotel rooms. If you
need to withdraw before July 1st, and if things go as I expect them to, then I
expect you would get back almost all of the registration monies because there'd be
time and manuevering room with respect to accomodations at the hotel and meals (of
course, if you've agreed to share a room with someone, you'd probably be putting
that other person in something of a fix as well). Some of the registartion monies
would already have been spent on other expenses related to the qep'a' (e.g.,
printing the t-shirts), and where applicable I'd probably mail them to you since
you'd have in effect paid for them anyway.

As more registrations come in, we get a better picture of what the whole conference
is going to look like, and answering these kinds of questions becomes easier.
