If we send in our $200 (?) registration fee but later decide not to attend,
is it fully refundable? (We will be installing a new cataloging system over
the summer and I'm not sure I'll be allowed to go on vacation while we're
learning the program and breaking it in--let alone if I can even afford the
trip.)
