I think "use" as a noun refers to a way to use something, not how something
has been used. Only my opinion, though.

You know, I have yet to understand this adding {-nI'} stuff. I honestly have
no idea what {puqbe'nI'} is supposed to mean. I don't want to know, because I
doubt the answer would be logical, or legal.
