Klingon Anthem:
This song is from the ST:KCD game. Awhile ago I believe that someone on
this list mentioned that Simon & Schuster got Okrand to write it. The
novelizaiton of the game mentions the first line of the song, but the
spelling is something along the lines of "Hoy, Kahless PuKloD." The back of
the game's box, however, has this written on it: "Qoy qey lIS [sic]
puqloD..." The following is the best of what I could figure out the actors
were supposed to be saying, along with translation:
(I put some letters & words in parenthesis because I was unsure of which
letter was correct)

Qoy qeylIS puqloD
Qoy puqbe'pu'
yayvo' may'vo' je
SuvwI' SeymoH SuvwI' 'Iw
maSuv
malob 'ej maSovchu(gh/')
DImey yIDmach 'oH wo' quv'e'
batlh machegh
'ej 'e' SovIyga
babpu' maDIghIy 'a' mabatlhtaH
tu ma belpuq
maSuvtaH
ma'o(j/ng)

The son of Kahless listens
The daughters listen
[These 2 lines may also be clipped Klingon for "Listen, son of Kahless,
listen daughters"]
>From triumph and from battle
The blood of the warrior excites the warrior
We fight
We obey and (if we know/we know well)
The honored empire is "yIDmach" of scattered rubble
We return honorably
and ???
???
???
We continue to fight
We are (thirsty/cunning)

Klingonese in ST:JR
The Interplay computer game ST:Judgement Rites contains some <tlhIngan
Holqoq> towards the end of the game. I haven't played it recently, but from
what I remember, two Klingons (a Captain Klarr & his aide) speak briefly to
each other in Klingon. It was text only, but I suspect the CD-ROM version of
the game may have it spoken. The spelling indicates that someone at Interplay
had a TKD, but it looks like the words may use English grammar. No
translation was given in the game. Here's what I have in my notes from the
game:

Klingon Aide: Ghorgh tlhIngan tlhong parHa' Neis'r Suy, HoD Klarr! Soh web
qorDu'.
[Klarr then says:] SoH Qup yoj tuHmoH. Pej De' not lo'laH!

Other "Klingon" words used in the game:
<*Tlok'poch>, which was said to mean a "Tlok plant"
<*Sogra'nav>, which supposedly means "Hive paper"
<*qar'tcha> insects, a type of insect which makes nectar
