& ..er....I disagree. Capt. Krankor, ~mark, charghwI' and myself
& ALL learned Klingon with nothing more than the TKD.
& I openly admit it is dry reading but in the first 79 pages and the
& addendum you learn almost all you need to know about how to speak
& tlhIngan Hol.
Add Qov to the list of TKD-taught Klingonists. I was far from
perfect, but when I joined the KLI I could speak somewhat
intelligibly (right, Lawrence?) and knew nothing that was not in TKD
1st edition. I still get funny looks for referring to appendix
vocabulary as "new words." The other resources were certainly useful,
but TKD is a pretty complete description of the language.
