Hoo hoo! After all this argument over a sentence with the word {QID} "wound"
in it, a friend has pointed out to me that {QID} is a *verb*! That passed by
me entirely!
You cannot say {HeghmoH QIDvetlh} at all, because {QID} is a verb! You've got
to find some other noun to use there instead. Here's an idea:
porgh 'ay' rIQ
injured body section
It sounds a bit funny, but it gets the job done. If you're wedded to the word
{QID}, you can still say
porgh 'ay' QIDlu'bogh
body section which someone unspecified has wounded
wounded body section
Suggestions of better phrases would be welcome.
