I usually use
puch vIlo'nIS
(And then you use the appropriate combination of prefix and suffixes to mean
what you want.)
I think that's about as specific as we can get. And I don't think we should
rate this too highly on the wish list.
Hmmm . . . maybe men could sometimes say
puch chong vIlo'nIS
