No.  We've got two problems here.  First of all, {jevmoHghach} means "act of 
causing to storm."

Secondly, we're not really sure what "storm" we're talking about here.  
"Storm" as a verb can mean either "be rainy, windy, and thundering," or it can 
mean "attack by force" (think of Stormtroopers).

There really isn't any easy, direct one-to-one translation for the word 
"storm."  I know.  If there were, it'd be a part of my name now.  My name 
SuStel is the end-result of a quest which began as an attempt to translate 
"Stormcrow."  (In the middle of the search I gave up the translation idea and 
just settled for something that I liked the sound of, and which was a little 
different from the typical "K"-starting names you usually hear Klingon with.  
I actually decided on the syllable {tel} before I realized that it also meant 
"wing."  When I saw the translation, I was thrilled, and decided that this 
would be my name.)

Depending on what you need, you might try using {SuS'a'} "powerful wind."  Or 
perhaps you can talk about {SISqu'taH muD} "it was pouring" (literally, "the 
atmosphere was continuously really raining").  As usual, don't look for a 
direct stock translation, make up a phrase which applies to the situation.
