We often get people coming around asking, "how do I choose a name?" and
"how do I say this name in Klingon?"  I have a section in the FAQ that
talks about each of these

additional resource for people who are interested in receiving assistance 
with their Klingon names.

Ben Warren of the KIDC (HoS'etlh qultIq Kasara) has put together the 
Klingon Name Registry.  You can see what names other Klingons have 
chosen, register your own name, and get ideas about how people choose a 
Klingon name.  He even offers to give advice on selecting a name.  I've 
added this info to the FAQ.
